My career began in the classroom, where I taught inclusion, special education, and ESL. I was driven by a passion for helping every student reach their potential, regardless of their abilities. That same passion carried over into my work in HR, where I discovered my true calling: guiding people through their learning and career journeys. Today, I focus on aligning talent strategies with business goals — empowering both individuals and organizations to thrive.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked in the People and Talent space, focusing on creating meaningful career experiences. From recruiting top talent to designing impactful leadership programs, I thrive on developing people and helping them navigate their career journeys. Along the way, I’ve leveraged data analytics to drive strategic workplace decisions, implemented HR technologies to enhance processes, and led cross-functional projects that streamlined operations and improved employee experiences.
